The Hamilton Road Business Improvement Area (HRBIA) consists of twelve Directors – Eleven who are elected by the general membership and one representative from City Council. We would like to invite all eligible members of the HRBIA to consider serving as Director on the BIA Board. 

All eligible HRBIA members who are willing to stand for election must complete either the online application below or contact us for a paper copy submission. All non-digital submissions are to be returned to: 596B Hamilton Road London, Ontario N5Z 1S6

When accepting nominations, the current Board of Directors will review all applicants and put forward a proposed slate of Directors to the existing Board for consideration. The proposed slate will be reviewed by the members at our next Annual General Meeting. The 2020 meeting is scheduled for November 18th at 6:30pm. From here, the slate will be forwarded to the Corporate Services Committee at the City of London for ultimate approval by Council.

Currently, there are two (2) vacancies available for the remainder of a four-year term (2019-2022).
